This explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We don't sell your data and we don't use your catalog to train models for anyone else.
Account details.Your name, email address, and password when you sign up, plus billing details if you subscribe. Payments are handled by our payment provider — we don’t store full card numbers.
Store data. When you connect a store, we access the catalog data needed to generate content: product titles, descriptions, images, and attributes.
Content you upload. Product photos, brand material, and any images used for virtual try-on.
Usage data. How you use the service — features used, generation counts, and technical logs such as IP address and browser type. We use this to run the service, fix problems, and measure quota use.
Shopper conversations. If you enable the chatbot or voice agent, we process the messages shoppers send so it can answer them.
To provide and improve the service, generate the content you ask for, bill you correctly, keep accounts secure, respond to support requests, and send you service messages such as pricing-change notices. We only send marketing email if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
Virtual try-on works by processing photographs of people. We use these images only to generate the try-on result you requested, and we don’t use them to train models or for any other purpose.
If you upload photographs of other people — customers, models, or anyone else — you are responsible for having their permission first. Images of people can be sensitive personal data in some countries, and in those places consent is usually required before processing them.
We share data with service providers who help us run Shoplex: cloud hosting, AI generation providers who process your content to produce results, payment processing, and analytics. They act on our instructions and may only use the data to provide their service to us.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or as part of a business sale or merger. We don’t sell your personal data.
We keep account data for as long as your account is open. If you close it, we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where we need to keep records longer for legal, tax, or accounting reasons. Generated content stays available to you while your account is open — export anything you want to keep before closing it.
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it in certain ways. Email hello@shoplex.aiand we’ll respond within a month. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted internal access. No system is completely secure, but we take this seriously and will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we put safeguards in place to protect it when it moves.
We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences, plus a small amount of analytics to understand how the product is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though signing in won’t work without the necessary ones.
Shoplex is a tool for businesses and isn’t intended for anyone under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their data, and we’ll delete it if we find we have.
If we make a significant change to this policy, we’ll let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
